Synnovis, who deal with processing all blood samples in South East London, had a major IT outage on Monday June 4th that means they are currently unable to transmit results through to GP Surgeries etc.

All critical results are not affected and will continue to be phoned through to the surgeries.

Patients should delay having their bloods taken until further notice, and all phlebotomy providers have been asked to cancel non-urgent phlebotomy appointments.
